Employment Details
Full time permanent contract. Monday to Friday 8:00 - 17:00. Salary according to aptitude, skill, experience.
We are looking for administrators to assist with our busy hire office based at East Hanningfield. The role involves assisting with paperwork, answering emails and phone calls. Duties will also include assisting within the accounts department. Good communication and excellent attention to detail is key.
Responsibilities
- Everyday administration of a busy hire office department - accurate and with diligent attention to detail.
- Excellent customer interface, articulate with a good telephone manner
- Sending Quotes to external customers
- Raising delivery and collection paperwork
- Assisting with accounts invoices, statements and queries
- Excel/Word Knowledge essential
- Punctuality and presentation is important
